website is now open for business.

John Henry, CEO announced today that the clipclop.com website, "The
Ultimate Source of Equine Information" was sufficiently advanced to
start generating revenues and will commence marketing activities
immediately. A major campaign is underway to announce the opening,
including:

-- In the next week, a direct mail campaign to every major equine
business or service provider in the U.S. and Canada. Also, every major
equestrian magazine is scheduled to receive a press kit.

-- clipclop.com radio advertising on "The Horse Show with Rick Lamb"
will continue for a full twelve months. The show is broadcast weekly on
