There are many spices that would overpower the delicate flavor of fresh hraka. However, I suspect you would prefer to accent the flavor instead of masking it. Therefore, I would use a semi fine grind of Kopi Luwak coffee bean and sprinkle this on the top of the pudding (like nuts). It has a most memorable flavor according to Dave Barry.

Is there anything about dung that you don't know?!

Actually there is a dung pot of info for me to learn. My teachers thought I didn't know dung from shinola. My mother laughingly said I didn't know beans about dung (but I learned).Or was it dung about beans? Most of what I learned was passed from my father to me via his famous book "I've got to Go". Maybe there is a sequel in me.
