Thanks for your reply and, absolutely, chuckle all you want! We certainly need more of that on this thread as I think a few of us take ourselves way too seriously!

Back on topic:
Like I said, I haven't been reading the thread thoroughly so this may have been discussed but I think that one of the driving forces for SUNW has been the "new" focus on storage started early last year (if my memory is accurate). The NAS/SAN/Fibre Channel sector is smoking hot and it appears that SUNW has been able to capitalize on this, both in the press and on the bottom line. I continue to believe that this will be one of the major factors which will contribute to a higher growth rate for SUNW then many currently think is possible.

Appreciate all thoughts on the subject.

Michael

Sorry I'm not a Buddhist. I didn't know that was a requirement for posting here. And I never said I was the world's best trader. In fact, I don't consider myself a trader at all. Most of my SUNW, for instance, I've held for years. My recollection is that I bought much of it over your protestations that it was overpriced (or perhaps it was other like-minded posters); I think that was back when it was selling around 10, split adjusted. I don't even subscribe to cable, so CNBC is out. I don't recall ever saying where I worked, and have no idea what the reference to Tandem is supposed to mean.

If you think I lack humility, well, I can live with that.

So I guess I miss the point of your little story.
