In with Kimberly on MCNS at 9.75. Fundamentally undervalued with great news to boot. An easy 50-100% on an otherwise shaky day.

Please allow me to venture a different take on this. CSCO's partnering with MOT would appear to be hugely significant to MWAR for the following reasons:

CSCO is probably NOT interested in becoming a phone service provider but IS interested in data transmission via wireless communications. The fact that they can send voice is a bonus.

MOT has the only technology via their new chips that allows you to send/receive signals over wireless regardless of where you are( North America, Europe etc). Before that you needed separate phones/devices because the chip can only interpret one signal.

MWAR has the enabling technology via their OS9 Real Time Operating System (RTOS)that allows the MOT devices to send voice, data, web content, music back and forth. It's like having a computer, PDA, cell phone and more all in one little package.

MOT also announced recently that they have developed a new material for making chips that will replace Silicon as the prime material (smaller, lighter, less power consumption).

Do your D.D. But be thorough.
