Yep. Even with all the good OLB news, my e-brokers are not flying. lol ! Also noticed the same lack of flying with many e-retailers.

BKX at BKX 827.50 while DOW is up 93 to DOW 10,970.

I will require BKX to accelerate thru BKX 832 this afternoon into the close if this rally is to get wider participation and opportunity for santa yearend rally to unfold..

A break of BKX 826 is technical negative against strong DOW and will signal the turn back down from perch levels.
