I believe that NN is scheduled to make an announcement this week about additional layoffs.

All: Please note ,Pooling of Interest regulations are due to be changed in Y2k. You will see a lot of M&A activity in the first half of Y2k since the effective date is 31/12/00. I hear Mr Lutz will be in at Xmas signing autographs on NN stock certificates for collectors.
