Specially under the current political situation, China government wants HK to proper (to show the world) and give them a lot of preference. 2. 99% of China city population live in MDU (multiple Dwelling Units). China may have more MDU than the single house than all single houses in North America. My estimate is that China has 10 million to 40 millions MDU. 3.
