I think it should have pants on one side and a dress on the other- as if you cut the "men" and "women" signs in half and then glued different halves together- thus symbolizing the inner conflict as well as being recognizable to anyone. Because a Unisex bathroom would have a little "women" sign and a little "men" sign- preferably holding hands.
