I'm sorry but I just can't get too excited over the latest PR with UCP. From what I've heard, RG is supposed to be a "great dealmaker" and I guess from the way things look, he is. I guess what we need now is someone to execute these deals that he has made. At least one of them! I hope this isn't the BIG NEWS that we've all been waiting for, because if it is..... we're back to square one IMO. Kenny, I should have listened to you the other day. I really tried, but the price never stayed up long enough for me! Susie
