Maybe so but there's only 2 weeks left till expiration and not a great chance of big news in that time period. January will be different. If the stock tanks in the next 2 weeks I can roll those PUTs.

Kevin,
AMD has been a great vehicle for writing puts lately. I had a bunch of AMD Nov puts expiring last month, and also a bunch of puts written on other tech stocks. Free money, as people say.

This month, I wrote more puts than last month on AMD and other techs. I take a more aggressive stance than EP by writing some in-the-money puts and collecting more premium. These have turned into out-of-the money by now, and I look forward to them all expiring worthless coming Dec 17.
