Instead of the dogs of the dow theory, maybe we should start a dogs of the OSX. I'm guessing that the bottom tier will outperform the top tier next year. Thanks for the listing.

WOW!! NE up about 10x RIG for the year. RIG up only 12% for year and about 45% from yearly low. Long term I really like RIG and FLC. But XTO on sale today - bought more at 10. Reminds me of when I bought OEI "on sale" at 9. Sold most for very small profit. Holding rest for eventual pop. OT: WCOM really off lately = chance to rotate into industry leading telecom cheaply? My order at 77 was a few minutes late. And decided not to chase. Using new $. So far have not sold OS or E&P for a loss. Good luck all. Winkman
