The company isn't going to manufacture a thing. They already have a contract with a company to manufacture the equipment. They have a contract with another company to build the facilities. Another to setup, maintain and train the users. Another to maintain the network and database. Another to manufacture the data storage cards. Another to perform the marketing and sales functions. Everything is done. Nothing left to do or finance! Call it cellular business. The entire vehicle is in place and ready to go. Didn't you know that?!?!? Welcome to business in the next Millenium! Reread the company statement. $10,000,000 set aside now. The balance there 'when it is needed'. Their entire business strategy is the important FACT the you seem to have missed. All the money they need is in place. It doesn't matter if it's their own money or one of their strategic partners money! Does this shed any light on the matter. Perhaps there are more entities involved in this 'global project' than you realize. Or didn't you read all of the information that has been published over the past 10 years.

D -- you are hopeless in your efforts to drive the stock down with old news. We on this thread know everything about the past financials. We are looking to the future now and the future looks great!!! We have quality finacial partners a great PR group, trials going on in first class hospitals around the country, TRW developing data technology, results that show a need for the sceening system... CTI is at the tip of the iceburg with regards to the medical uses of this technology. You are kicking against the picks. Cover your short positions youngman or suffer in silence!
