TC: I would like to hear your story.

I am interpreting your statement as...AFTER Bell South installed DSL for you AND you had used the service for awhile...then they discontinued the service by saying you were outside the acceptable radius.

If true, that would be a sterling representation of retro customer service!! Did they attempt to raise the fee?...or just cut you off?
