Pat - I do not know why anyone would tender their shares at $15.75. I don't mind the offer as it helps to keep price up though. Are you still in SCMR? I hope to get FMKT IPO shares next week.

So far today, there were more than 2,000,000 shares traded at less than 15.75...

While I am long MAT (cost 12.75), I always remember that for each trade, the buyer has simply found someone willing to sell their shares at the same price. That's it...

Need both sides of the sale for the markets to work...there will be people out there who jump at the tender offer.
