Slider, I grew up in Jersey, and never much paid attention to winter until December any way. Nov. was serious co-ed chasing weather.<g> Ok it's Dec 1 and winter has begun. All I ask form Mother Nature is a normal three month winter. You and Douglas make excellent points about what is happening re NG supply, demand, and depletion. Imo NG prices will not remain at current levels. As we move into Jan. I'm looking for NG to rise sharply. At this point, I'm committed to OS land, however I'm sure E&P earning should blow away comps over the next 2 qtrs at least.

I really thought the analyses you've laid down in previous posts today was very sharp indeed. Gary posted those real scary put/call numbers that indicate "everybody's in" in the overall market. Almost no where to go but down after everybody has bought. Not the case with energy issues. Imo the only question is when and how the rotations occur and from what levels. OSX is currently holding in the mid/high 70's with crude dropping. OSX sto's flashed a short term buy today.

Typically after rallying for a day or two, a re test of the recent lows will be attempted, then the advance should get going. I am not expecting Armaggeddon in the overall indicies here, just a real nasty sharp Bull market correction. This is technically based, but seems to fit your over all Oil spike - Nazz correction rotation scenario. Mesmerized tech investors need a 2x4 to shake them off. $30 oil might just be that 2x4.

Keep posting on your trader friend and let us know when he goes 'Patch Green. <g> The guy seems on the up and up.
