Jim you better go read CSCA thread. You just got tagged! That deal is all revenue and 66K gross right now ... If it is so great then why into an OTC. Because they need money!!! the stock will be their financial vessel and with 660K right now they got an audit and so much more now being public so I doubt they will be profitable at all now. Think about it also the PR is out of Canada and guess what they get. Try the 2.8M in unaccountable stock mentioned in the news release. I have been through this 3 times now and screwed on all three. :-) Gary
