AT&T plans to take North Texas Charter customers in exchange for customers in the ST Louis area.....favorable for both. You'll give SarkieBug a heart attack with slightly misleading headlines like that!!:)

This article reads more like a swap of regions than a takeover. CHTR gets St. Louis inet/broadband, T gets N. Texas cable subscribers. The headline looks like a misrepresentation of the story's contents, IMO.
