I can tell you I had 42K in cash for 200 shares of a $15 ipo, zip!

Another guy had a 2.5K and he gets ipos.

You need luck or a friend at Etrade to get an ipo.

I am an opher, O for how ever many i've tried.

I just spoke with an etrade rep who told me as long as funds were in the account when the shares were being allocated.
