West, I have yet to figure out what the hell people are afraid of when they say Y2K. It's a joke. People say "Y2K" fears and have no idea why they are afraid. It's like I said before, people need something to get all excited about to escape the monotony of their everyday lives. I work in the bond market and people were saying all year that we probably wouldn't see any bond deals after Thanksgiving because of Y2K. But as supply dried up briefly (as will the buying of our stocks) and credit spreads improved, corporate borrowers started borrowing in size to take advantage of the opportunity. Because Y2K fears make no sense whatsoever. (The television movie was very funny though).
