REMINDERS for the

GOLDEN LIST THREAD

MOMO's (MOMENTUM PLAYS) during market hours

Spur of the moment. Very risky, they run up fast, but they can come down, faster and harder, easy to get caught so:

- NEVER CHASE - If it's running hard, MM's will be short, and will whack it down to cover, if you think the momentum will continue, that's the time to jump in.

- Movement + Momentum = Much Money - but remember, MM's know that too.

- Market orders?? - Not in my vocabulary, IMO forget them, go with a limit every time.

- Control greed, better to sell too early and escape with a profit, than to turn a winner, into a loser.

- A profitable trade is a good trade.

- MM's biggest trick, making stocks look their best, before they make them move....in the opposite direction.

- Volume precedes price. There is generally a bit of a lag before the ask moves up, buy on the lag.

THE GOLDEN LISTS

- These are not momo's but more position plays. But if you're in, and it does get jumped on by daytraders and run up, TAKE ADVANTAGE!!! Sell into strength, protect your original investment, reduce risk/reward, or sit on free ones, for the duration. Sometimes it's even best to
sell it all, then wait for a pullback, and pick it up again.

- The best time to buy a LISTS stock is not necessarily the time it first gets mentioned! Stocks can fall back , but as they approach their impact date - they usually make a run, so time your entry
wisely! Time your exit even more wisely, don't get too greedy, never let a winner, turn into a loser.
Anyone can buy a stock, that's the easy part, knowing the right time to buy, and the right time to sell, that's much tougher.

GENERAL RULES AND REMINDERS, FROM VARIOUS SOURCES

- Read, learn all you can about the Market Maker system.

- Learn some T/A (technical analysis). Go to clearstation to the education section, and to bigcharts.com (use the interactive charts) and learn, Bollinger Bands, MACD,
Williams%R, Stochaistics etc.

- ALWAYS check the charts, before putting your order in.

- ALWAYS check the latest news releases.

- ALWAYS check to make sure the company is current in their filings. IMO, if not reporting, maybe okay for a momo, but I wouldn't go long, at least not for long. Know the "E" dates, know the PINK dates.

- Don't chase, let it come back to you. They always come back, nothing goes straight to the moon.
