what is the exchange ratio between OCLI and JDSU and when is the merger expected to go thru. tia. larry

It's very interesting. The spread gyrates from your low of .831 to what I paid (.852), and the spread between the OCLI bid and ask sometimes becomes $3.

Obviously one is well served by trying to get OCLI as low as possible in relationship to JDSU.

Just keep dividing the OCLI price by the JDSU price as you watch the two prices work each other. Anything around .828 is great; get it lower if you can!! If you can get it at .828, that 12.07% return!!

Terrific! Why? You'll eventually get .928 from JDSU upon deal closure. .1/828 = 12.07% additional return.
