MW 13:52 QUALCOMM INSIDERS, INCLUDING CEO, FILE TO SELL NEARLY $25 MLN IN COMMON STK.

This is my favorite "buy" indicator. Generally insider sales come at a low point, about 2-3 weeks before a MAJOR runup --
you can look up this consistent pattern. Q insiders are very reluctant to sell high -- they sell at a low point, and ONLY in
advance of serious good news that will push the stock way over the price they get when they sell. In this way they avoid
any hint of insider trading lawsuits.
