Dear Bond and all: If you want to see JUST HOW GOOD this September acquisition may be for SYNT go to the following URL: freeedgar.com Basically, it updates the original filed 8-k with AUDITED FINANCIAL statements for 9/30/98 (latest year end before the acquisition). For that year revenue was approx 15 million and net profits over 1 million. Remembering almost the entire acquisition was paid for in cash I believe this will be nicely accretive to SYNT's upcoming earnings!! JDN
