Interesting point. But just because ACTM insiders may not
be aware of any potential buyers (and may not be actively
shopping the company around) doesn't mean that JBL insiders
don't have their eye on ACTM... and perhaps others as well.

Do you know what JBL plans to do with the proceeds of
their shelf registration? ACTM just sold shares to raise
cash and, from my conversations with the CFO, I have
the impression that they want to do more acquisitions.

Three year's ago I suggested to Jabil's management that they should consider Actm,they said if the wanted to they would just build a factory next door and take their biz away from them,so I don't think their is any interest their.patroller
