Darrel - DELL's service does seem better than CPQ's consumer service - but DELL does not currently have much consumer product to service. I hope they are as good at talking to the lady who says her foot pedal (mouse) doesn't work or that her cup holder (CD ROM drive drawer) is broken, as a corporate guy who knows that typing "space" does not involve 5 letters. But CPQ last month had 42% of the consumer business, so they must be doing something right. They also made pretty decent margins in 3Q in that business.
