OT HRC -- even the worst case dip to the low 4's wouldn't bother me. There could still be some tax sellers out there. IMO, that would be the final washout before the inevitable run. I don't mind waiting 6 months or a year for the double. The only thing that would prevent or delay a run to 10, I believe, is a full scale bear market. I agree that the insider buys don't make much of a statement. On the other hand, there is a major incentive for them to pitch the stock to the street, as they all could walk away rich men.
