Interesting tracking stock idea. Now that they have toned down the practice of using stock as currency they will need to raise capital in other ways (despite strong cash flow from existing businesses). At first blush this seems like a good idea. I wonder if this is K's way of testing the waters a bit.

What do you think Chuz? This is more your area than mine.
