Since we complain when Etrade is bad, I wanted to say some words of praise on a good day. I go through the Power Etrade phone line, so it may be different for other users, but I got through to customer support and a broker without any delay today, more than once. Also, they gave me a bad fill this morning, and they corrected it within a couple of hours, even though they said they would get back to me within 24 hours. In the past, such a trade inquiry might have been lost, or not addressed for days. And, I got both IPOs today, KNOT and DMRC. Etrade is definitely on my good list today.
