Paul,

That happens because the workstation was put into "debug" mode at one time. This was probably done when you switched the host names from CM1 to CM2 during last week's problems. In debug mode, the box defaults to 10 days, however, the server currently only keeps 5. Extending the data to 10 is on the list of items to do, but currently we only support 5.
