The one neat thing the connectivity kit has (which works on ALL phones the same) is the phone number maintenece software. Thsi kit allows you to upload your phone numbers into your computer for hand editing.

the way I use 99 numbers is that I have teh lower 20 or so for personal and really frequently used numbers and then I use the upper numbers for things which I am doing at the time. for instance when I travel, I have the number of the airlines, the car rental, the hotels, and the business where I am going. I also have any other peoples numbers in there which I may want to call while in town (old lost uncle, business friend, customers, etc.) These are temp numbers which I select from my ACT database and enter into the phone before leaving. I then use the upper 10 or so for any numbers which I may get while on the road. then when I get home, I upload them for storage later. this way you are not forced to carry the number of the Hilton in Hawaii in your phone for 6 months in case you wanted it....

Also it is a good idea to backup these numbers from tiem to time, because the phone does get broken....
