CDNO

The PR states that the assets are being liquidated and they obviously
have a significant value...buildings, equipment, etc. They began the liquidation process in early
Aug., so it very unlikely they have not already worked out arrangements for their purchase. What
are three manufacturing plants worth?...IMO somewhere between $10-15MM. The difference
between the monies generated by the sale of assets and the $15MM owed will be the $ amount
used for conversion...and that only after a restriction of at least 1 year. Sure, OS would increase
in such a deal by some amount(much less than the 750MM) but that does
not change what is out there for the next year to be traded. It surely does not change the
extreme short position currently being suffered by the
mm's...

CDNO UPDATE - LOOK FOR A MAJOR GAP:

Pettycash Stock Picks - hotyellow98.com

Congratulations to all the shareholders that had the wisdom and fortitude
to hold CDNO through the onslaught of bashers, uncertainty and mm-induced,
falling stock prices.

By issuing its press release today, CDNO has confirmed what we all
steadfastly believed: the Reverse Merger rumors are not rumors at all.

CDNO has signed a letter of intent for a newly formed Internet company,
European e Commerce, (EEC) to reverse merge into the CDNO shell.

We have been assured that concerns about the debt repayment being
injurious to shareholders, will be completely alleviated by what's
revealed in the 10QSB.

Negotiations with the creditors have already been concluded, conditions
agreed upon and most of the debt, save one million, will be satisfied with
currently held assets. NO MAJOR DILUTION WILL TAKE PLACE.

The wording of the PR is designed to cover all angles from a legal aspect.
BTW, kudos to the company for releasing the PR on Bloomberg. That gives
this announcement huge exposure to a vast network of stock
brokers worldwide.

The bashers will hammer this issue, but don’t let it shake you.
Before this PR they hammered the R/M as a scam. A pump and dump. Well,
this is the real thing.

Holding CDNO, at this moment, is like buying the IPO of an aggressive, new
Internet company; it's a new, public company that we are fortunate enough
to buy into at low prices before it even hits the market. And
the company's aggressive acquisition plans during the short and long term
(expect to see PR's in the very near term) will keep adding to its value.
Remember the CMGI analogy? If the market likes the
elements of this deal, which we believe it will, the price at R/M can
continue to climb. That's why, now, instead of people talking about
pennies, it's dollars.

We have been assured that a series of PR's will be forthcoming to clarify
the terms of the deal and reveal to us just how positive it is and what
their plans are.

Our sources indicate that the next days will show an enormous influx of
new interest and investors. Big money is joining the game. And big money
means pressure on the mm's.

The mm's, as of Nov. 30th are short 10,813,182 shares. These are naked
shorts; that is, shares that don't even exist. Buying pressure will send
the mm's scrambling to cover. When the R/M takes place they will, with the
change in cusip number, have to reconcile the accounts. They will have to
make up those shorts no matter what the price. And their buying will send
the price soaring even further.

Our destiny is in our own hands. If we hold strong, the price will
explode. Profits that just yesterday we imagined to be large, tomorrow
will seem paltry. Remember the recent runs of several micro cap stocks
with confirmed RM stories. This, in our opinion, is going to exceed all
expectations.

Longs, newcomers, those about to join us, the end game has begun.

Your courage will be rewarded.

God Bless, Good Luck and most of all Good Trading.....

Hello Again SSP,
After hours reply!well,I never did buy any CDNO
today after all.
But I'm in IMON-figured it's worth a try at least because it sure did run on news before.Maybe Fri.will be the day!(if not,I've got the stop in!)

LawStor's YNOT suggestion to me last nite was what I should have listened to.Unfortunately,I had not done any dd on it at all.

However, congrads to you on finding it and to everyone who bought it!

Also! Please never doubt that you're needed here!Everything you do for us is greatly appreciated!

My travels don't always allow me to keep up with the thread, but I'm going to try harder to stay in touch because for sure I don't want to miss the next YNOT!I'm staying home tonight to get some dd done and looking foreward to tomorrow.I've still got a few bucks left over from y'day!Hmmmm, gotta pick the right one!

LAWW might be interesting, although it has gained quite a bit already since the Nov.30 nr.Still,$40mm advertising might make it go for a ways yet..I don't own any stock in it.
Regards Don
