I missed that part of the First Amendment that says that one group of people can trample over the rights and freedoms of another group of people, by closing down businesses and the free movement of others, and by creating an atmosphere which threatens imminent danger to the general public.

I wasn't intending that to mean they had a time allotment, but I can see how you read it that way. That was to mean that the first day's actions were used in the judgment for said police action to take place.
