H, et al, the $1billion from the NASDAQ is going to be divided by 'far fewer' claimants than projected, for the following reasons:

1. The sentiment of most investors being 'not to bother', means millions of trades will not be filed.

2. Imo, thousands of filings will be thrown out because of inaccuracy and 'not PERFECTLY following the instructions' (which are incredibly detailed).

3. Millions of trades will not be submitted, because they were made in 'IRA type accounts' (how many investors kept their 'IRA confirmation slips' for years 1989 through 1996?).

In conclusion, I hired my 'tax CPA' to investigate and prepare everything for 'my and my wife's' signatures, for all our accounts, and am submitting same today. (My CPA said the "instructions" were far more difficult and complicated than the IRS rules and regulations he deals with on a day to day basis.)
