With all the CDNO hype in the pit today I strolled over to freeedgar and took a look at the last 10Q

YIKES!!

Man if these people actually put a reverse merger deal together the company mergin in is for sure going to want min 75% of the outstanding shares. The series A&B preferred shareholders + the 10% and 18% convertable note holders will probably get 24% and current shareholders will get 1%. IMO

So lessee, at last count 97 million shares out. So SOS would end up at 9.7 billion.

Now that's a bit rediculous so anyone merging in would probably want it down to about 9.7 million. 1000:1 reverse split minimum is required
