And those of us that do.

I barely go a day without needing to switch servers several times because of some problem.

Frozen data. Pauses in the data. Old data. No charts. No/bad L2.

The ISLD book is regularly a total disaster too, though that is not fixable by anything I can do.

I wish I could see where the problem lies. I can't find anything wrong with the net connection or my computer.

I use futures and a lot of charting. No problems at all. I would suspect your connection or the pipe between your ISP and the server farm. You might try other servers. Matt

Yes I've done all the standard tests via ping plotter ,switching servers, rebooting etc. It's not bad, but I'd say it runs at about 80-90% efficiency compared to the first 1/2 of this yr.

Of course even @ that rate is 50% better than other services LOL
