Good advice, but also keep in mind that some of those teams might have their playoff spots tied up and will rest their starters a bit...possibly playing them a half or less if they get a lead going. Personal strategy for those weeks is to get the teams that are battling for playoff positioning first, THEN look at defenses. In THAT case...focus on Indy and Washington first and foremost from the teams you mentioned. After that, try to get teams like Buffalo, Dallas, etc that will play their starters still every game...
