Yawn, I agree. Having said that, we should not underestimate our opponent. In another announcement they will be opening an office in Europe to spearhead their wireless efforts there. WiLan doesn't have the patent in Europe (does Cisco know this--I would think so,Hatim posted that here himself), not to worry though it seems to be covered through, through Phillips. I wonder which side plays "global" chess the best. Open,middle and end game all count. Harry
