I agree with c.horn, this is my favorite time of the year! The way things have gone on SI the past few months, I thought it was time to try to lighten things up a little so I started the Decorate SI for the Holidays! thread:

Subject 31987

As to your question about who Pooh is? I was debating whether to answer that question or not. I decided to go ahead and answer it assuming that everyone realizes this is partly fun and partly editorial comment.

Pooh reminded me of Bryan Burdick of course. Notice how Pooh appears to be in charge and doesn't seem to be very concern about the potential risks involved? He appears to be totally enthused with the New SI ride as does Tigger which reminded me of SI producer John Busby. Notice how the new feature they are testing appears to have a few bumps they didn't expect. Eeore appears to be scared to death, probably because he has to clean up all the messes. Eeore probably represents either SI Bob or perhaps one of the Dryers. Piglet seems to be just along for the ride. Piglet reminds me of the go2net employee who keeps starting all those test threads, Becky Dankel.

This is just an editorial comment, not to be taken too seriously!
