They have explained nothing to date. Why should they start now? Just look at their statements from May of 1998 when they said that reporting to the SEC was a top priority. Here we are 18 months later and still waiting for a public accounting of the business with the SEC. They make announcements, give updates and say things will happen soon. But still no Form 10 filed with the SEC. They say they are going to distribute shares of AR Brooks back in Feb. No reports of any shares distributed that I have seen. Oh, Rhonda, how pathetic. BTW, Rhonda, why are you hiding Greg Herdsman's past experience on your web site. Does the man have no experience whatsoever, or is his experience just another potential embarrassment? cashcointl.com
