To All: I have been away from the boards for a while, but I have a question. But first I must point out that I have sold all my shares between 19 and 25 1/4. This was not the result of a change in my long-term opinion of IATV. I remain exceedingly bullish on the company. My concern is with the market in general and the somewhat narrow breadth of its recent move. (For the record, I give absolutely no merit to the Y2K crap and this had zero to do with my market outlook.) I am looking for a good re-entry point and would like to get your opinions on the rumored secondary offering. What effect will it have and WHY? Let's assume it is a traditional offering of 2 million shares of IATV common. Waiting for you feedback--- Scott
