Sorry, folks.... Just trying to reflect the Spirit of the Season. You know, Good Will to All. If I am correct in my assumption that the initial purchase order of 11/11 has "shaken the tree", I expect we'll see further evidence of the company's progress real soon. As for today's financing, the pricing discount reflects just when the commitment was made. No one today knows what the true discount was at the time of the deal - the press release indicates it was an 8% discount to the "then current" market. I'll try and contact the company tomorrow and inquire about the financing. And finally, as I've said before, Valence is still in the 'very early innings' of its run, IMHO.
