If I understand the info on this past years annual stock holders meeting,....Each director is given options of around 25000 shares exercisable after Jan 1....20% per year with 10 yr to exercise all.... The company hasn't bought back many (any?) shares yet even though they are approved to buy back a million? I think The short interest is still around 176000 as Nov Add the above with a recommendation or two from some Analysts along with a good news flash and this stock could easily explode without even posting good earnings... Maybe the people buying all the calls previously mentioned know something.... Just a theory...
