OFF TOPIC

I say this is off topic because we never discuss price movements or buying and selling strategies here. Jubak has a unique strategy of selling low, deciding it's fully valued at a higher price (implying I guess that it was undervalued when he sold), deciding to buy it at a lower price, but ultimately buying at a price that was higher than when it was fully valued.

Got that? :)

The following info was gathered from a great post at the Fool's site:

5/31/99:
Jubak dropped Citrix at about $48 on the basis that he was looking to sell any winners that probably wouldn't increase at least 30% by the end of the year.

One month later, 7/2/99:
He determined that Citrix was fully valued.

Four months later, 11/19/99:
He decides it would be a good buy if the stock lowers to something near $82, the 10-day moving average.

Two weeks later, 11/30/99:
He bought again at $95, almost exactly 100% higher than what he sold at six months earlier. For complete perspective, return to his comments made on 5/31/99.

Even if his broker is a discount guy, he's laughing at him all the way to the bank. And so is the IRS.
