Institutional: A trade reported by a major brokerage firm who typically trades on behalf of major mutual funds/portfolio managers. While these firms also have retail branches, the amount of trades reported on behalf of institutional investors dwarfs the limited amount of retail trades that get reported.

We came very close to half in today trading :)

Marc,

"I'd like to ask a few follow up questions in light of the Q3 financials recently reported:"

Those that have followed TSIG through the last year will, or probably should, remember that the 3Q was the period of the company's lowest position. This was the period of time that survivorship was the primary concern. That the company was still here to file a return may be the best news that was to be expected. At least your investment was still here to allow operational complaints to be lodged.

" HOW WILL TSIG FUND THIS SINCE THEY HAVE NO CASH?"

They had no cash as of the end of the reporting period of the 3Q. We don't know what today's balances are. With the back payments due, I would expect TSIG to remain cash poor until they catch up and progress. It has been posted many times they are searching for the best financing available. We don't know if or how much has been obtained from revenues and financing.

"SINCE THE MYPHOTOCARD SITE IS SUCH A PIECE OF JUNK, DON'T THEY NEED
NEW WEB DESIGNING TALENT?

I asked the question about the IT Dept personnel awhile back. There has been at least one addition. The Photo site is not a 3 tier design so it is not that expensive. It can be upgraded more easily and less expensively. Apparently there will be time to do so considering the the ramp time before major use is needed. Until then there is a site for the minimal use expected. How much complaining would there be if there was NO site yet?

"I HOPE THEY DON'T PLAN TO PAY FOR THAT EFFORT IN SHARES!"

I hope not also but if necessary to make the company responsive then so be it. Each investor has the right to remain for the future or bow out at any time.

As for the rest of your querries refer to the above.

The UCP contract seems to have expansionary clauses and ideas attached. This seems to be a monsterous contract. It has continuations that look to favorably effect TSIG.com for it's extended future. Look in that direction.
