I understood what you said, you can replace "opening" with "flipping" in my post. If Qcharts can't hack it, people should find a vendor that does. If they require that.

I really think Qcharts can but I have little faith in someone else's set up of ISP/computer.

I don't like to jump in protecting Qcharts, I don't have the problems reported. What is the difference? That I don't trade 100s of stocks a day "fliping" thru them?

I am sorta like Matt, it doesn't hurt my pocket book if others have problems. If qcharts is not doing the job, I say get another vendor. Certainly, they should do this if they have checked out their setup and found it to be OK.
