Westgate was very positive on NETP's future. He recommended the same buy strategy for NETP as he did for AOL - which he also loves - buy on weakness. When he was discussing AOL he compared it's current price situation to MSFT's price situation 3 years after it's IPO: Everybody figured they missed the boat. Well, they obviously wouldn't have if they had bought MSFT then, and he applies that same logic to AOL now. Seems that he's throwing NETP into the same boat as AOL...great company that will be worth many times it's present value down the road. Since he said all these great things about both companies, I wonder why he only recommended buying either on weakness only? Just trying to cover himself in case they drop a little? Anyone else care to comment?

Nobody has mentioned the above news. Do we have too much news already! Target price upgrade and institution will push NETP higher.
Who cares about Bill Gates, we got Paul Allen already :)
