Yes, the new SI (or Yahoo)

select a customization option that will mimic the look and feel of the old site within the StockTalk and Message Center sections of the new SI.

But it's not the real thing. And if I can't set customization options, which I can't, then I can't use it.

and you'll have access to all of the new features that we've integrated into the new SI.

Or access to none of the features of SI at all.....
