Pete,
IPM was to go chapter 7 in Nov. but one of the creditors ask for an extension until i think Dec. 12 TH. What IPM owns in not enough to pay bank one who has a secured debt so they get everything and the other creditors get nothing.
IPM will most probably go into chapter 7 at that time.

Pete,
Since the stock has not been trading, and basically worth $.0. I believe,(check with your tax advisor) regardless of the bankruptcy status, you can write-off IPMCF as 'Worthless Stock'. As I did last year.
