Re: read that intc was converting to copper at .13.

Hi Ted,

I've read the same, but also that they wouldn't do copper until 2001. Some of the Intel process guys have said that they felt that copper was much more trouble than it was worth at .18 and maybe even at .13 - so I was wondering if a mid 2000 date meant that they were going to try to make it to .13 on aluminum - which sounds like it might not be worth the trouble either, but I have neither process knowledge nor the results from a bunch of test runs in front of me :-)

Maybe someone with more information can help us all out.

Dan
