Lew, I'm not smarter. I also own UP. Have lost most of what I put into both Adda and Ultra Petroleum. Just have resigned myself to the fact that I made very bad investments in both companies and somehow have to move on. Wayne

From Brian of Adda (toutaz?) I also have a copy of the nov.25 report if you do not have it. "Unfortunately, there has been little, if anything to tell shareholders between June and now. We are still awaiting a settlement of the Ultra debt situation and the r trial for the lawsuit in west Texas will not be heard until June 19, 2000. The last quarterly report was mailed out three weeks ago. However, I note that we do not have your name on out mailing list as you have apparently not requested to be sent quarterly reports. As a result, I have attached a copy of the management discussion for your information." Bo
